As the global economy slowly recovers from the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, both opportunities and challenges arise for the aviation and aerospace industries. Asia-Pacific is rapidly becoming a hub for high-tech innovation, and China, as the world’s second-largest economy, is expected to remain one of the most important and attractive markets for most multinationals in the aviation and aerospace industries.
With strong support from both China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and The People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, the first China International Aviation and Aerospace Industry Expo (CIAAI Expo) will take place from Sept 25 to 30 at the Beijing Daxing International Airport. The 6-day event is intended to serve as a new platform for in-depth communication and cooperation for suppliers and buyers worldwide to promote trade and investment of the civil aviation and aerospace industry. The expo aims to play an active role in injecting momentum into the international aviation and aerospace industries.
The CIAAI Expo will be jointly organized by 6 entities, leading by China International Exhibition Center Group Limited (CIEC), along with Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, The Daxing District People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, the Management Committee of Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone (Daxing), Capital Airports Holdings Co., Ltd. and Informa Markets.
The CIAAI Expo will be held at the Beijing Daxing International Airport and cover 8.3 hectares. At least 200 leading companies from 20 nations and regions will be invited. During the event, an estimated 50,000 visitors will be able to see a wide range of exhibits including aircrafts, engines, materials and components, aerospace technology and services, UAVs and unmanned systems, applications and services, as well as educational and cultural creative products. The event offers a great opportunity to forge partnerships and expand network with target buyers around the world. The first three days of the show will be reserved for trade visitors, followed by the three days open to the general public.
